If you're unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.


Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered during our designated local delivery hours. Delivery availability may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, holidays, and staffing.


Order Requirements


A valid delivery address within our service area is required.

Customers purchasing age-restricted products must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.


The recipient must be available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.Delivery Fees


Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.


Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete delivery because no eligible recipient is available, incorrect address information was provided, or access to the delivery location is restricted, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

Most orders are processed as quickly as possible; however, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Orders can only be shipped to states and localities where hemp-derived CBD products are legal.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

 

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


 

3. Delivery Times & Carriers

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Orders placed for local delivery will arrive within the time slot on the day selected by the customer at checkout. If we do not see a time slot associated with your order then (1) we may reach out to coordinate a time with you or (2) We may ship your order using FedEx, USPS or UPS.
  • An adult (21+) must be home with a valid ID to receive orders.


 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional or qualifying orders, as advertised.


 

5. Age Verification & Signature

  • To comply with state and federal regulations, some orders may require age verification at checkout or upon delivery.
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required by the carrier for certain shipments.


 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.


 

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.


 

8. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
