Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Orders can only be shipped to states and localities where hemp-derived CBD products are legal.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.


 

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


 

3. Delivery Times & Carriers

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional or qualifying orders, as advertised.


 

5. Age Verification & Signature

  • To comply with state and federal regulations, some orders may require age verification at checkout or upon delivery.
  • A valid government-issued ID may be required by the carrier for certain shipments.


 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.


 

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.


 

8. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
